The interior of one boot has been bent inwards. Right where the left toe shift protector is, the material of the toe cup has somehow been bent downwards, putting pressure on the toes when worn.
It wasn't the result of trauma a fall or trauma and they appear fine otherwise. I've tried pushing this bend back up, but I haven't had any success. Any advice?
Please send in a warranty request, they can help you more there, thank you.
