Hi - I recently purchased a pair of Sidi Wire Vent Carbon Push shoes, and when they arrived, the Soft Instep 3 straps had already been installed. Unfortunately, the inboard, toothed side of both straps were inserted too far, and I need to back the straps out for a proper fit. It's not at all obvious how that's done, so can you tell me how to do this?
Many thanks -
The insteps on our shoes can be completely removed for resizing by lifting the SIDI logo up and away from the shoe. The teeth will disengage allowing the instep strap to be re-inserted to the desired length. Once you’ve done that and sized the instep to your desired comfort, you’ll want to trim the excess strap off to prevent it from contacting the crank arm like so.
